"Does anybody want any guestlists for Matter or Fabric this weekend"? Is what I find myself saying daily. Tons of people (industry kids) pretending to be your best friend just to salvage a freebie. Painful. I could always tell them to fuck off? Shoulda woulda, coulda. Like, who would of thought a quick entrance would warrant so much pretensiousness, eh?
My normal friends never ask, which is great as its nice to offer something other than the usual banter over beers.
Come 5am though, everyones your friend with the chavvy chavs warming their hearts with powders and pills and offering Marlburo lights and hugs.
Think I might stay in this weekend.
